Access to Our Software Platforms
Your access to and use of any CertaCure platform — including any demonstration, trial, sandbox, or proof-of-concept environment made available by CertaCure (“CertaCure Demo Experience”) — is subject to a separate agreement or terms of service applicable to that specific environment, provided to you at the time access is granted.
Access to and use of CertaCure’s production platforms by hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and their authorized staff is governed by the individual service or licensing agreement signed between CertaCure and the relevant healthcare institution, not by this general website notice
AI and Smart Modules
Certain CertaCure modules may incorporate AI-assisted or smart features (for example, clinical decision support suggestions or reporting tools) intended to support, not replace, the clinical judgment of qualified healthcare professionals. Any content, suggestion, or output generated by these features may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific case, and must be reviewed and validated by an authorized clinician or user before being relied upon. CertaCure disclaims responsibility for decisions made solely on the basis of such AI-assisted output. Where applicable, CertaCure may process related usage information to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve these features, consistent with our Privacy Statement.

These Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless a specific service agreement with a client specifies otherwise.
