CertaCure is committed to ensuring every member of your team — from IT administrators to clinicians and front-desk staff — can use our platform with confidence. Our training programs are designed to support you from initial rollout through ongoing platform updates.
Who We Train
- IT Teams — system configuration, user management, integration maintenance, troubleshooting
- Medical Staff (doctors, nurses, technicians) — clinical documentation, CPOE, EMR, department-specific modules (Radiology, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Nursing)
- Administrative & Front Desk Staff — patient registration, scheduling, billing workflows
- Finance Teams — billing, insurance/TPA claims, reporting and dashboards
Types of Training We Offer
- Onboarding & Implementation Training Delivered during initial rollout of a new module or system, covering core workflows relevant to each department before go-live.
- Role-Based Training Tailored sessions for specific roles (e.g., radiologists vs. lab technicians vs. billing staff), focused only on the modules and workflows relevant to that role.
- Refresher & Continuous Training Ongoing sessions to reinforce best practices, address common support tickets, and keep teams up to date as staff turnover occurs.
- New Feature & Release Training Short sessions introducing new features or modules following a platform update (tie this to your Changelog page).
- Train-the-Trainer Programs For larger institutions, we can train a core group of internal champions who then train their own staff — useful for hospitals with high staff volume.
How Training Is Delivered
- On-site — in-person sessions at the hospital/clinic during implementation
- Live virtual sessions — via video call for remote teams or refresher training
- Web-based / self-paced materials — recorded walkthroughs, user guides, and quick-reference sheets accessible through the platform
- Ticketing-linked support — training tied to recurring support issues identified through your ticketing system
What’s Included
- Hands-on practice using real (sandboxed) workflows relevant to each role
- Reference materials/user guides for ongoing use after the session
- A point of contact for follow-up questions post-training
